Garden Produce

Cherry Tomatoes, galore. What to do with these red beauties?

  • 3 cups of Cherry tomatoes, roasted: 350 degrees-15 minutes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T fresh oregano, minced
  • 1 T fresh basil, minces
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Cheese
  • 1 Pound of Penne Pasta
Roast tomatoes, smash, combine with cooked pasta. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and enojoy.

Ohhh- sounds delish! Too bad I didn't plant any cherry tomatoes this year because in the past I've ended up with too many. Next year I'm planting them though!
